Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Greenville in South Carolina seeks a compassionate Caregiver / CNA to provide in-home care focused on dignity, safety, and comfort. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and companionship to help clients stay independent at home.

You will observe health conditions, document notes, and report concerns promptly. Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience is required, with CNA certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting.
• Commitment to at least 20 hours a week.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns.
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests.

As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy:
