Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Seneca, SC is hiring Caregivers / CNA to support clients in home health care on a PRN basis with potential to grow hours as needs arise.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are offered, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience (home care)
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Flexible availability and willingness to pick up shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

As a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll need:

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
• Flexible availability and willingness to pick up shifts as needed
• CNA certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
