Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / CNA in Mountain Rest, SC for a male client with dogs and cats. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, companionship, and daily living activities, while documenting health conditions and reporting concerns.

The role offers a consistent schedule (Mon, Tue, and Fri or Sat; 10A - 5P or 11A - 6P), competitive pay of $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, and same-day pay options. CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting.
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:
