Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / CNA in Spartanburg, SC to support clients at home with dignity and independence. You’ll provide personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and companionship, building meaningful connections with clients and families.

Qualifications

As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy:

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

As a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll need:

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• CNA certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
