Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Upstate is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / CNA in Westminster, SC to provide one-on-one client care in home settings with empathy and respect for dignity.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and report concerns while supporting safety and independence. Flexible part-time shifts (8a-8p) and competitive pay based on experience and licensing are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting.
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns.
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests.

As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy:

• Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing
• Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit
