Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Greenville County, South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/CNA to provide in-home care with a 1:1 client ratio. Flexible part-time shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) are available across 7 days a week, with competitive pay and same-day pay options.

You will assist with daily activities, support mobility and safety, provide medication reminders, and engage clients in personalized activities, while upholding dignity and independence in their home environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting.
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns.
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy - like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests.

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:
