Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/CNA in Mountain Rest, SC to support seniors at home with dignity and independence. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and client-centered care, with a consistent schedule and meaningful, one-on-one client interactions.

The position offers competitive pay ($15.00–$16.00 per hour) based on experience and licensing, plus same-day pay options and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting.
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns.
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy.

As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy:

• Consistent Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday or Saturday (10A - 5P or 11A - 6P)
• About the Case: Male Client with Dogs and Cats
• Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing
• Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit
• 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for
• Additional Perks: Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:
