Home Instead – Wadsworth Office is hiring a Customer Service & Recruiting Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families seeking care and individuals seeking employment. This full-time role pays $40,000-$45,000 plus bonus potential and requires exceptional communication and organizational skills.

You will guide clients through inquiries, screen prospective caregivers, and coordinate onboarding, training, and documentation while supporting quality assurance and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare or healthcare preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Recruiting experience is required.
• Excellent phone, customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential clients through a consultative service inquiry process.
• Conduct employment inquiries with prospective caregivers.
• Coordinate and support caregiver onboarding and orientation.
• Assist with training programs and educational events.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and follow-up activities.
• Help coordinate caregiver meetings, in-services, and ongoing training.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and timely follow-through on every inquiry.
