Job summary

Home Instead - Wadsworth Office (Not remote) is seeking a Customer Service & Recruiting Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families seeking care and individuals looking for meaningful employment opportunities. This role helps ensure families receive outstanding service, caregivers receive exceptional support, and the office operates efficiently.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–4:30pm) with a competitive salary of $40,000–$45,000 plus bonus

Qualifications

• Homecare and/or healthcare experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential clients through a consultative service inquiry process.
• Conduct employment inquiries with prospective caregivers.
• Coordinate and support caregiver onboarding and orientation.
• Assist with training programs and educational events.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and follow-up activities.
• Help coordinate caregiver meetings, in-services, and ongoing training.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and timely follow-through on every inquiry.
