Job summary

Home Instead is seeking an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a 20-25 hour per week schedule. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding CAREGivers to deliver high-quality client service.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing employment records, background checks, orientations, and training while maintaining a strong attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• College Degree Preferred.
• Three years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews.
• Follow the Home Instead standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check and drug screens on all CAREGivers.
• Create and maintain all employment records.
• Schedule and conduct CAREGiver orientation and all required training, including training to meet Home Instead Standards and additional optional training.
• Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.

The Recruiter will be proactive in sourcing, recruiting, screening, hiring and also onboarding staff of CAREGivers to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.
