SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay seeks compassionate Caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide non-medical in-home care to clients in Wesley Chapel, FL. The role includes personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility support, with a focus on reliability and client comfort.

We offer PRN flexibility, biweekly pay, eligible benefits, training through Care Academy, and a supportive culture in a family-owned national agency.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience or HHA certification (can be newly certified)
• CPR certification (up to date)
• Level 2 AHCA background screening (up to date)
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexible availability
• Ability to run errands and transport patients
• Hoyer lift and gait belt experience preferred
• Able to go to nearby cities in the county
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic

Responsabilités

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), including companionship.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, family, and co-workers.
• Assist with mobility and transfers; available to run errands and transport clients to appointments.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts; schedule: flexible (Day).

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare, you will:
