SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay in Tampa is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency. We provide non-medical in-home care across all ages and abilities, focusing on companionship, support, and safety.

You will be scheduled for client shifts, receive training, and enjoy benefits like competitive pay, W2 employment, time-and-a-half for overtime, and on-demand pay options.

Qualifications

• CPR certification up to date.
• AHCA Level 2 background screening up to date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer lift and gait belt preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as needed.
