Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay in Town N Country is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency. You will provide non-medical support, companionship, light housekeeping, meal reminders, and reliable care in clients' homes.

Requirements include caregiver experience, a valid CNA and CPR certification, AHCA Level 2 background check, a valid driver's license, flexible availability, and a willingness to transport patients when needed.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience required.
• CNA certification required.
• CPR certification (up-to-date).
• Level 2 AHCA background screening.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexible availability.
• Able to transport patients when needed.
• Hoyer lift and gait belt experience preferred.
• May require travel to nearby counties.
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Requirements

• Caregiver experience required

• CNA certification required

• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)
