Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay in Town N Country is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned national agency. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal reminders, and transport assistance in clients’ homes.

Requirements include caregiver experience, CNA certification, CPR certification, AHCA background screening, a valid driver’s license, and flexible availability.

• AHCA background screening up to date.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexible availability.
• Able to transport patients when needed.
• Hoyer lift and gait belt experience preferred.
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Requirements:

• Caregiver experience required

• CNA certification required

• CPR certification (up to date)

• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)

• Flexible availability

• Able to run errands and Transport patients in case they need it

• Hoyer lift and Gait belt experience (preferred)

• In some cases, be able to go to nearby cities in the county

• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
