Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home non-medical care and support with daily living activities. You will help with companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation in clients' homes, promoting comfort and independence.

You will also assist with medication reminders and coordinate with family members to ensure consistent, reliable care, while maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required and up to date.
• Level 2 AHCA background screening current.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Hoyer lift and gait belt preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being.
• Establish a professional relationship with clients, family members and coworkers.
• Be punctual and reliably cover shifts to ensure consistent care.
