Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay is seeking Caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, in-home care in Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and support families while delivering dependable, heart-centered care.

We offer competitive pay, a W2 employment model, biweekly pay via direct deposit, overtime, and a robust Care Academy for training.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience or HHA certification (can be newly certified or without certification).
• CPR certification (up to date).
• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible availability.
• Able to run errands and transport patients.
• Hoyer lift and gait belt experience (preferred).
• In some cases, be able to go to nearby cities in the county.
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.), including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, and be available to run errands or transport clients to appointments when needed.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
