Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay in Tampa seeks caring caregivers to join our independently owned national agency, delivering compassionate, non-medical home care and companionship. Requirements include up-to-date CPR, Level 2 background screening, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation; Hoyer lift and gait belt are preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification must be up to date.
• Level 2 background screening up to date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer lift and gait belt preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
