Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Tampa Bay seeks a Lead Home Care Professional to supervise caregivers and coordinate client care. The role focuses on engaging with caregivers, building client relationships, and driving growth in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive caregiving experience, CPR and AHCA background, and a flexible schedule. On-site duties, training, and opportunities for advancement are provided within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a caring presence.
• Caregiver experience or HHA certification (newly certified or without certification).
• Greater than 3-years experience as a professional caregiver.
• CPR certification (up to date).
• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care to clients.
• Mentor other care providers and take initiative to solve problems.
• Be flexible to cover cases with varying skill levels and hours.
• Transport patients and run errands as needed.
