Job summary

Forest View Manor is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents maintain dignity and comfort.

A strong communication style and reliability are essential for success in our close-knit community. The role requires working the 3rd shift (11pm–7am) with possible weekend and holiday coverage, ensuring residents receive safe, respectful care and timely support from staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred.
• CBRF certifications preferred.
• Ability to work 3rd shift and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well‑being.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping.
