Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.
• CBRF certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward seniors are essential.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely as required.
• Understand and practice standard precautions at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to staff.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping.
