Job summary

Magnolia Meadows is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Manitowoc, WI. You will provide personal care to residents, assist with medications, and support mobility and daily activities.

The role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and meaningful engagement with residents. Qualifications include prior caregiving experience, a CBRF certification preferred, strong communication, and the ability to lift safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Must pass background check.

• Understand and practice standard precautions at all times.

• Availability to work 2nd shift hours (2pm - 10:15pm), including every other weekend and holiday.

• Must pass background check.
