Job summary

Fieldcrest Manor in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a caring Caregiver to join our compassionate team. You will provide personal care to residents, assist with mobility, monitor health, and help with social activities to support well-being.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
• CBRF Certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards seniors.
• Ability to lift and move safely as required.
• Understand and practice standard precautions at all times.
• Availability to work 2nd shift hours (1:30pm - 9pm), including every other holiday.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well‑being.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping.
