Truewood by Merrill, Keller is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/MedTech for the third shift (10pm–6am) to support residents with daily living activities, medication administration under state guidelines, and daily progress reporting. Experience as a CNA or caregiver strongly preferred, with CPR/First Aid certification obtainable within 30 days.

• Complete daily progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents.

Our Caregivers:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception)

If you are someone with:

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
