We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is hiring caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily activities, and build lasting relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and run errands.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
