HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in providing non-medical in-home care to seniors, helping them age in place with dignity and respect.

You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering companionship, daily living support and transportation in the community. We offer flexible full- or part-time schedules, training and development, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification required; CNA/HHA preferred.
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's a plus.
• Must have email access, internet and a mobile phone.
• Must be physically able to lift ~25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Social companionship and interaction with clients.
• Assist with daily living tasks: feeding, reminders, bathing, dressing, hygiene, grooming, laundry and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands and social activities.
• Standby assistance with transfers.
• Overnight safety assistance.

Responsibilities

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding and medication reminders, bathing/dressing and personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry and cooking/meal preparation and other care as needed
• Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
• Standby assistance with transfers
• Overnight safety assistance

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification is required, but CNA, HHA, or 6 months plus caring for geriatric, chronically ill, or disabled persons preferred
• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test (as required by the State of Indiana)
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
