HomeWell Care Services IN219 is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care, assisting seniors to age in place with dignity and respect in their own homes.

We offer flexible schedules, paid mileage between shifts, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team. Training and uniforms are provided, with a focus on compassionate care and integrity.

Formación

• No healthcare certification required, but CNA/HHA or 6+ months caregiving preferred.
• Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus.
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
• Proof of current, negative TB test as required by Indiana.
• Must be physically able to lift approx. 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Compassionate heart for older adults.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Social companionship.
• Assist with daily living tasks (feeding, medication reminders, bathing/dressing, personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep).
• Transport to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Standby assistance with transfers.
• Overnight safety assistance.

Responsibilities

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding and medication reminders, bathing/dressing and personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry and cooking/meal preparation and other care as needed
• Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
• Standby assistance with transfers
• Overnight safety assistance

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification is required, but CNA, HHA, or 6 months plus caring for geriatric, chronically ill, or disabled persons preferred
• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test (as required by the State of Indiana)
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
