Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers in Appleton, WI to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their own homes. We offer flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts and full-time hours now.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, mobility support, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, and providing companionship with a focus on safety and well-being. Strong communication and caregiving experience are valued; CNA/HHA background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
