Comfort Keepers of Central Florida - Sebring is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Home Health Aide/CNA to support clients in their homes, helping with daily activities while preserving independence. The role emphasizes safety, respect, and genuine care for clients and families.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification a plus — not required.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying).
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Monitor and document changes in client condition and communicate concerns to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and adapt to each client's needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus — not required
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
