We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes.

Join a team that values compassion, reliability, and supportive supervision. Responsibilities include daily living tasks, companionship, mobility assistance, and safety monitoring with ongoing training and a toll-free support line.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety and well-being; report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
