Job summary

Right at Home in Grand Rapids seeks experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care with clear care plans, strong communication, and the support you need to do your best work. Flexible schedules include part-time and full-time options, with opportunities for higher pay on advanced cases and a supportive team.

You’ll assist with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and care for clients with dementia or Parkinson’s.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Support daily needs: meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Provide hands-on care for bed-bound clients, including bathing, repositioning, and hygiene
• Care for clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, and other conditions
• Maintain patience and professionalism, even during challenging situations

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

Caregiver Schedule

• Daytime 9:00AM - 4:00PM
• Evenings 4:00PM - 9:00PM
• Overnights 8:00PM - 8:00AM

Caregiver Requirements
