Job summary

Right at Home Kalamazoo is seeking experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one home care with clear care plans and strong communication. You’ll work with clients in their homes and receive the support needed to do your best work.

Role emphasizes compassionate care, consistent hours, and opportunities for higher pay on advanced cases. Flexible scheduling includes daytime shifts and 2/3 shift per week to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Support daily needs including meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Provide hands‑on care for bed-bound clients, including bathing and repositioning.
• Care for clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, and other conditions.
• Maintain patience and professionalism in challenging situations.
