Right at Home is seeking experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Portage and nearby areas in Michigan. You will follow clear care plans, communicate with families, and deliver compassionate support to clients in their homes.

Roles offer flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time options), paid training, and opportunities for higher pay on advanced cases. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Provide hands-on care for bed-bound clients, including bathing and repositioning.
• Care for clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, and other conditions.
