Right at Home Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home support with clear care plans and strong communication. You’ll work one-on-one with clients to deliver compassionate, personalized care.

Requirements include 1+ year caregiving, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks. Flexible daytime/evening shifts are available in Kent City, Comstock Park, Cedar Springs and Sparta, MI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Support daily needs: meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Provide hands-on care for bed-bound clients, including bathing, repositioning, and hygiene
• Care for clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, and other conditions
• Maintain patience and professionalism, even during challenging situations
