Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, NC is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers and CNAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte area. Roles include personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities in clients’ homes.

Positions available include full-time and part-time schedules with pay of $16.00–$19.00 per hour and bi-weekly pay. The role emphasizes reliable, respectful, and meaningful one-on-one care within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with daily living activities
