Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and three years of experience related to career counseling or career education, human resources, or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Direct student support by providing academic coaching and career advising for students in programs, including dislocated workers and CTE students pursuing non-traditional career paths.
• Provide career coaching focusing on career research, interviewing, soft skills, resume writing, and use of career resources.
• Facilitate transfer planning sessions for transfer-bound students and guide them through transferring to four-year colleges.
