The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of air conditioning experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Overtime and on-call pay are available; extensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years air conditioning experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• One-year related HVAC experience preferred.
• License/certification required for position.
• Overtime opportunities and on-call pay available.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Travel to homes and small businesses daily as scheduled.
• Perform troubleshooting of electrical systems in AC units.
• Ensure work complies with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and discuss solutions with customers.
• Inspect systems for efficiency and safety; conduct tests with specialized tools.
• Renew maintenance contracts and sell maintenance services.
