Job summary

Elmer's Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will travel to customer sites daily, troubleshoot electrical components, and ensure safety and quality on every call.

The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, and committed to delivering top-notch workmanship while expanding maintenance contracts and sales on each interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years air conditioning experience required.
• Tier I–III experience levels with service and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems in AC units and diagnose issues.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and renew maintenance contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service and generate on-call sales.
• Travel daily to homes and businesses as scheduled.
