The role involves working directly with students and employers, delivering job search support, building relationships, and connecting qualified candidates with opportunities in the technology sector. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about career development.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing career counseling and job search guidance.
2. Conducting interviews to assess employment history, goals, and barriers.
3. Coaching on resume writing, interviewing, and professional communication.
4. Building relationships with employers to generate IT job leads.
5. Matching candidates to opportunities based on strengths and interests.
6. Tracking employment progress using a CRM system.
