Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years’ leadership experience, preferably in career services or related fields.
• Experience managing and motivating teams, setting goals, and providing guidance.
• Strong knowledge of career development theories and job market trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information effectively.
• Experience in program development and implementation to meet goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and teach federal and state regulations to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain documentation expectations and certify files in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely entry of case notes with proper grammar and syntax.
• Coach Career Advisors in time management and organizational skills.
• Coach team members to improve data entry and quality for contracts.
• Monitor compliance with contract goals and regulations.
• Review team performance and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements.
• Travel to provide leadership coverage at AJCs as needed.
