Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. seeks an Integrated Services Career Coach to support WIOA and EARN participants in pursuing employment and training opportunities.

You will help with registrations, resumes, and IEP updates, while coordinating with CareerLink staff and community partners. The role emphasizes coaching, barrier removal, and ensuring program compliance, with a focus on serving pregnant mothers, parenting youth, and adults facing challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or 1–3 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior case management experience is preferred.
• Experience in workforce development preferred.
• Must be organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between WIOA Adult, EARN, and Youth to provide career support.
• Assist job seekers with registration, resumes, and training program selection.
• Design and update an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) for participants.
• Coach and motivate customers toward employment, training and retention goals.
• Review and document WIOA Registration Eligibility and CWDS records.
• Pre-screen for employment opportunities and coordinate with BST for referrals.
• Interface with community partners to address barriers to employment.
