Job summary

EDSI seeks a Program Manager in Hartford, CT to lead a team delivering career development services across American Job Center locations. You will oversee program implementation, coach Career Advisors and Case Managers, and drive outcomes by improving processes and employer engagement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in a leadership role, with strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency. Travel to AJCs in the North Central Region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in career services or related fields.
• Strong communication and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and teach WIOA/JFES regulations to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain documentation and certify files in CTHires and ETO.
• Coach Career Advisors in time management and organizational skills.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely reports and deadlines.
• Travel to provide leadership coverage at AJCs in the North Central Region.
