• Ability to identify and secure community resources and services; strong written and oral communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic internet research.

Responsibilities

• Identify job opportunities for participants and match qualified participants with employment opportunities.
• Develop relationships with employers and place participants into jobs.
• Provide ongoing retention services to both employers and participants.
• Make cold calls to potential employers and promote participant placement.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs for outreach and recruitment.
• Assist participants in job search skills, resume, interviews, and job retention.
