Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in business to business sales, staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Strong communication and data management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify job opportunities for participants and match qualified participants with employment opportunities.
• Develop relationships with employers and successfully place participants into jobs.
• Promote participant placement by making cold calls to potential employers; explain available services.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs to conduct outreach and recruitment activities.
• Assist participants in assessing job skills and preparing resumes, interviews and job-search portfolios.
• Provide labor market information and career workshops to participants and employers.
• Work with Career Navigators to exchange participant activity and progress data.
