• Ability to assess and align job opportunities with participant skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify job opportunities for participants and match qualified participants with employment opportunities.
• Initiate and maintain contacts with business and industry representatives and placement agencies.
• Promote participant placement through outreach to employers.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs for outreach and recruitment.
• Instruct on job seeking, resume writing, interview preparation, and retention skills.
• Assist participants in preparing job search portfolios and career information workshops.
