Forward Service Corporation is seeking a Workforce Development professional to support clients through WIOA services, assessments, and tailored employment plans. You will mentor and supervise clients enrolled in workforce programs under the WIOA Team Leader.

The role emphasizes helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve financial stability in Wisconsin, with a collaborative, inclusive workplace and a competitive starting wage.

Responsibilities

• Determines client eligibility for WIOA services and documents program requirements and action steps in accordance with federal and organizational guidelines.
• Conducts comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ skills, aptitudes, work history, and service needs—including supportive services—and develops tailored employment plans based on assessment findings.
• Utilizes the Transition to Success model and the “Map of My Dreams” workbook to assist clients in setting and tracking personal development goals.
