Job summary

Forward Service Corporation (FSC) is seeking a dedicated WIOA Services Specialist to help individuals overcome barriers and gain employment in Wisconsin. You will assess needs, determine eligibility for WIOA programs, and tailor employment plans under the guidance of the WIOA Team Leader.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, document requirements, and support clients with goal setting using the Transition to Success model and My Dreams workbook, contributing to a community-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Determine client eligibility for WIOA services and document requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ skills, work history, and service needs.
• Guide clients using the Transition to Success model and associated tools to set personal development goals.
