Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Minimum two years of experience in career advising and workforce development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Build professional client relationships to identify employment barriers and coordinate solutions.
• Provide comprehensive case management and follow-up with participants.
• Complete required eligibility and participation documentation accurately.
• Maintain organized client databases and detailed case notes.
• Coordinate with funding contracts and ensure program compliance.
• Lead job preparation workshops and ensure high-quality delivery and participation.
• Collaborate with business services to identify job opportunities and training needs.
• Support leadership with process improvements and operational challenges.
