Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer engagement activities by delivering workforce readiness services, facilitating workshops and supporting customer progression through WIOA programs.
• Facilitate career awareness and employability skills training aligned with employer expectations and workforce needs.
• Deliver individual and group instruction using lectures, discussions, and demonstrations.
