Job summary

Forward Service Corporation is seeking a Workforce Development professional to support clients through WIOA services, assessments, and tailored employment plans. You will mentor and supervise clients enrolled in workforce programs under the WIOA Team Leader.

The role emphasizes helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve financial stability in Wisconsin, with a collaborative, inclusive workplace and a competitive starting wage.

• Utilizes the Transition to Success model and the “Map of My Dreams” workbook to assist clients in setting and tracking personal development goals.

In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of our Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA )Team Leader to provide individual and group services aimed at enhancing work experience, readiness skills, and job training. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, assessment, and supervision of clients enrolled in various workforce development programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree with two (2) years of work-related experience. Alternatively, a combination of education and relevant experience that demonstrates the necessary skills and qualifications for this position.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field
