Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication or related field from an accredited institution.
• 1 year work experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, counseling or business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to customer service and public presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound communication to engage graduates and maintain contact.
• Provide guidance to students and graduates with professional standards.
• Coordinate resume preparation, interview techniques, job search, and other professional development sessions.
• Collect graduate employment qualifications to determine employment assistance path.
• Offer One-on-One coaching sessions with students and graduates.
• Assist with job search efforts by providing leads and resources and processing employer orders.
• Perform community and employer outreach to identify opportunities for students and graduates.
• Document in CampusVue all correspondence and maintain student records for compliance.
